the Momentum mobile application

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, apps, services, SDKs, or platforms that we do not control, even if they are linked to or integrated with the Service.

A. Information You Provide Directly
When you create an account, contact us, or use certain features, we may collect:

Information you provide in support messages or inquiries
B. Authentication and Account Information
If you use Google Login or other supported sign-in methods, we may receive account-related information necessary to authenticate you and create or maintain your profile, such as:

Profile information you authorize the sign-in provider to share
C. Payment and Transaction Information
Momentum may offer paid features, upgrades, or purchases through Google Play’s billing system. When you make a purchase through Google Play, the payment transaction is processed by Google or its payment partners, not directly by ARTIFACTS LLP.
We do not collect, access, or store your full debit card, credit card, UPI, or other payment instrument details when payments are completed through Google Play.
We may receive limited transaction-related information needed to provide the Service, such as:
Purchase status
Order or transaction identifier
Product or feature purchased
Purchase date and time
Receipt or entitlement information required to activate, verify, restore, or support your purchase
Payment processing through Google Play is subject to Google’s own terms, billing rules, and privacy practices. a
D. Device, Technical, and Usage Information
When you use Momentum, we may automatically collect technical and usage information, such as:

Operating system and app version
OP address
Session and login status information
Language and region settings
Crash logs, diagnostics, and performance data
App interaction and usage events
Approximate location derived from IP address or device settings, where applicable
E. Motion and Sensor Information
Because Momentum is a motion-related app, the App may process motion and sensor information needed to deliver core features, such as data derived from your device’s motion sensors, including the accelerometer, gyroscope, and similar system signals.
We use this information to provide, improve, and stabilize the App’s motion-related functionality.
F. Locally Stored Information
The App may store certain information locally on your device, including:
Sign-in state

App preferences
Feature settings
Onboarding state
Calibration or usage-related settings

We do not currently use your email address to send newsletters unless you separately opt in to such communications in the future.

7. Ads and Analytics
Momentum may use analytics and in-app advertising technologies to understand usage, improve performance, measure campaign effectiveness, and support monetization.

Diagnostic and performance information
We do not currently state that Momentum uses retargeting or remarketing across third-party apps or websites.
We also do not currently state that the Momentum app uses Facebook Pixel. If you later add a website or landing page that uses Meta Pixel or similar web tracking tools, this Privacy Policy should be updated.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:
Provide the Service
Maintain your account
Complete purchases and maintain transaction records
Respond to support requests
Detect and prevent fraud or misuse
Comply with legal, accounting, tax, and regulatory obligations
Enforce our agreements and resolve disputes
When information is no longer needed, we may delete, anonymize, or de-identify it, unless retention is required by law.
9. International Data Transfers
Momentum is operated from India. Your information may be processed in India and in other countries where our service providers or infrastructure providers operate.
By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed outside your country of residence, subject to appropriate safeguards where required by applicable law.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to or through the Service.
11. Children’s Privacy
Momentum is a general-audience app and is not directed to children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without the required consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.

We do not discriminate against users for exercising applicable privacy rights.
13. Do Not Track and CalOPPA Disclosure
Some web browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no universally adopted standard for responding to these signals across online services and mobile environments, Momentum does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals in a uniform way.
Third parties, such as analytics, authentication, payment, or advertising providers, may collect information through the Service as described in this Privacy Policy and under their own privacy notices.
14. Third-Party Services
Momentum may rely on or link to third-party services, including authentication providers, app stores, analytics providers, payment processors, advertising providers, and infrastructure vendors.
These third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties that we do not control.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date above and may provide additional notice through the App or by other appropriate means where required by law.
Your continued use of Momentum after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means you accept the revised Policy.
